This was SOO good it needs two comments; Dorian storytelling was just too cute! I was wondering as he got to the end of the tale if he would reveal that the Prince came to love the Iron Man.. seeing how they reacted to him later that was a close call then ne?

The title, Kansas and a tornado- after chapter 1 I thought we'dend up in Oz ^ ^; Thankfully this was SOO much better!  My heart nearly dropped when Dorian went to a private party with that bunch! He was so sweet and vulnerable.. if Klaus didn't love him BEFORE.. ^ ^  Martha was great, and a good look into the darkside of smalltowns.

Wonderful! I think this just might be my favorite so far!

Author's Response:

Glad you enjoyed the fairy tale. I have to admit, this story is one of my favorites in the series.

I have to say that rednecks are not actually the brutes that the media constantly assures us they are and so it was pretty hard to suspend my disbelief for this chapter, but still, good K&D dynamic. ^-^

Author's Response:

The character of Joe Bob is based on a redneck I once worked with in Florida. Unfortunately, they are out there.

And, as I mentioned in the author's notes, I did use stereotypes, just as the manga does. They're so easy to manipulate. XD

Prince Charming. Less than 24 hours and he's already got everyone eating out of his hand, even with amnesia. That's our Dorian!

Author's Response: Well, of course. The world revolves around him! And let's face it, most Americans melt in the presence of an English accent.
